• Grammar and Composition—Dive deeper into punctuation protocols, antecedents and appositives, diagraming and dependent clauses. Your teen will combine his understanding of grammar and usage with researching and writing techniques to deliver quality compositions.
• Vocabulary, Spelling, Poetry—Knowing the best word is often what distinguishes the best communicators. The 20 weekly spelling words and 10 weekly vocabulary words from the literature will take your teen one step closer to that goal. Along with his video classmates, he will memorize 9 inspiring poems, including Frost’s “Stopping by Woods.”

Your teen will gain lifelong benefits from these lessons as he is challenged to grow in knowledge and skills by a master teacher, who provides clear explanations. As your teen becomes more acquainted with his video classmates, he will feel as though he is a part of the class. The teacher will even pause to allow “students watching” opportunity to participate.
